The more she cried, the more her heart ached. Crouched in the corner with her head tucked between her knees, Jordyn released the inner pain that weighed heavily upon her slumping shoulders. She cried, yelled, pounded her fists against her head, and cried louder praying the tears would cleanse her soul.
God, why?‖ She never thought she would find herself angry with God again and questioning Him but as she sat there in the darkness, the question refused to be repressed any longer.
WHY?‖ All she wanted was to be loved and have a child to hold in her arms. She wanted a baby she could nurse and hold close to her heart. Jordyn longed for the nights where she would sit up rocking her little one to sleep, comforting him or her in her arms. She dreamed of hearing first words and seeing her baby take its very first steps. It angered her that so many women aborted and abandoned children when she had suffered not one, but three tragic miscarriages.

A review for Key To My Heart (Love Conquers All series) by Victoria Wells
Five Stars all the way! Wow, I love how these books. Even though it’s a series, they read as wonderful standalone novels. Once again, I connected with the characters and fell in love with them. Bravo Ms. Wells, bravo!!!

This review is from: When Love Comes Around (Love Conquers All) (Kindle Edition)
OMG! I thought A Special Summer was romance and drama filled! Well, that didn't have nothing on When Love Comes Around! Whew! I loved how Starr was thick and even as she grew thicker... Kevin still loved wanted and desired her! (Clapping hands) I can definitely relate to Starr as I too have dealt with the same health issues. This book made me laugh, cry and rejoice with each character as they overcame milestones. I love this crew and can't wait to read the next book in this series! Thank you Ms. Victoria, thank you!

5 Stars – A must read for anyone who cares about our children’s future. Mr. Harris has brought the current state of our crumbling education system to the forefront and I whole heartedly applaud his efforts. Battle Grounds is a gripping piece that tells the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth about our education system and government. What I love about this book is that author and educator Todney Harris also offers solutions about how to repair our system and save our children’s futures.

Advertising My Love. Sweet Romance. Daniel and Carla's love story was unencumbered by over the top circumstances. After a horrible divorce, Carla is afraid to trust the only man who worships her. Mr. Devane, her boss, is truly divine. He’s gentle, sexy, and all the things a woman could desire in a man. I can't say I blame Carla for denying herself true happiness. After throwing her soul into her twins, she’d unselfishly put her needs aside. Giving Daniel a son was the perfect touch to give this warm story a happy ending. With subtle touches, the overly romantic Daniel swept this woman off her feet and into his own secure world. Loved this story. (Sigh) Empress

I am thrilled to announce the release of the upcoming novel, Love HIM Like I Do, by Isaiah David Paul! Christian fiction definitely meets street lit in this debut novel. Real people, with real problems coming to know Christ and bringing others to the cross as well.
The first in the Street Disciples Testimony series.

Jordyn’s cousin, Ramone, the police officer was working security at the hospital that evening. After the doctor left the room, Ramone, escorted Carlos into the room and locked the door. “Jordyn, there is one more thing that you need to do” he said while handing her his night-stick. “Do think you feel up to it?”
“Yeah Ramone, I think I can.” Jordyn said taking a deep breath, before rising up in her bed, just enough to reach Carlos with the night-stick and then she proceeded to wear him out, while Ramone held him down. She whacked him on every place of his body that he had ever hurt her. Jordyn finished him off by beating Carlos in his private parts. Once she was finished, she asked Ramone in her usually soft voice, “Please get him away from me.”
Ramone winked at Jordyn and handcuffed Carlos and pushed him out the door, and walked him to the squad car waiting outside of the hospital.
Jordyn's parents arrived shortly after with confusion written all over their faces. They told her that Carlos had called them and when they got there he was beaten black and blue and cousin Ramone was taking him away in handcuffs.
"What's going on, princess?" Her father asked.
She was tired of covering for Carlos. Jordyn was ready to tell her parents about the silent hell she had lived in for the past year. They couldn't believe their ears when she told them of all the pain Carlos had inflicted on her. David wanted to kill him. Lorraine held her daughter closely as she began to pray. “Dear Lord, please let my daughter know that she is never alone, and that she can always come to one of us. Let her know that we love her with all our hearts, and that she and our grandbabies will be safe from harm from now on. In Jesus’ Name I pray, AMEN.” Once she finished praying, she reminded her daughter of a scripture she had learned long ago; “The Lord examines the righteous, but the wicked and those who love violence his soul hates” Psalms 11:5. “Don’t you ever forget that Jordyn. He had no right putting his hands on you.”
